<p>The BIM Engineer reports to the BIM Manager and supports the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for large-scale and fast-track projects. This role focuses on developing and coordinating 3D models, performing clash detection, and producing construction drawings to ensure high-quality digital deliverables at every project stage.</p>
<p>The BIM Engineer also facilitates the integration of design and construction activities, contributing to on-time delivery and seamless operational handover. The role requires close collaboration with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to uphold BIM standards and meet project expectations.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:</strong></p>
<p>1. BIM Model Development &amp; Coordination</p>

  <li>Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related software.</li>
  <li>Coordinate with design consultants and contractors to integrate their models into a centralized coordination model.</li>

  <li>Assist in the creation of fit-out and handover models, ensuring correct asset tagging and data accuracy</li>

<p>3. Model Management &amp; Quality Control</p>

  <li>Maintain model version control, file naming standards, and data accuracy within platforms such as BIM 360/ACC, etc.</li>
